Information we collect

Depending on how you use FeelingArt, we may process account details, email-verification status, an optional phone number and SMS choice, support messages, product favorites, bag activity, loyalty points, reviews, DMCA notices, order and payment-status information, and analytics data you have allowed.

Why we use information

• Provide accounts, purchases, downloads, loyalty rewards and support.
• Operate and moderate the members-only Clubhouse.
• Prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorized access.
• Remember privacy choices and understand campaign performance.
• Meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection and legal obligations.

Payments and PayTR

Card payments are processed securely by PayTR. FeelingArt receives the transaction status and order information needed to fulfil a purchase, but does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. PayTR processes payment data under its own legal and privacy obligations.

Clubhouse and public-to-members content

Verified members can create a username, profile picture and short bio, and publish posts, likes and comments. Other verified members can see this profile information, loyalty-point total and community content. Email addresses, phone numbers and order details are not shown in the Clubhouse.

Mockup images

The mockup studio processes the selected image inside the browser. The customer’s mockup photo is not uploaded to FeelingArt; a watermarked preview is created on the customer’s device.

Member activity and account security

For signed-in members, FeelingArt records the most recently visited site section and the last active time. This is used for account support, community moderation and showing the store owner whether a member is currently active. We store only a normalized page path—not search text, URL parameters, payment details or the content entered on a page. The store owner may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Analytics and cookies

With analytics consent, we record an anonymous visitor and session identifier, country code, referring website, campaign parameters, landing page, device category and page-view count. Our first-party analytics does not save raw IP addresses. See the Cookie Policy for controls and retention details.

Retention and account deletion

Members can sign out or start account deletion from their account controls. Community profile data and optional marketing information are removed or anonymized when deletion is completed. Order, invoice, payment, anti-fraud and dispute records may be retained where required by law or legitimate legal claims.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, change cookie settings, withdraw optional marketing consent and object to certain processing. We may need to verify identity before completing a request.

Security and international services

We use encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls and service providers appropriate to the store. Because FeelingArt serves customers internationally, information may be processed in countries with different data-protection rules, subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards where required.
